decent rossi is a skincare brand dedicated to designing products for patients with fragile skin conditions, including those suffering from dermatitis, cancer, liver and kidney diseases, and immune disorders. The brand aims to minimize skin absorption and reduce the burden on internal organs.
Since 2018, decent rossi has focused on the cleansing sector for six years. In 2023, the brand launched a range of safe facial skincare products and nutritional supplements. Using a minimal selection of plant-based ingredients, it formulates products that strike a balance between effective cleansing and care. Developed with the empathy of patients and the professionalism of pharmacists, Decent Rossi started with scalp cleansing and continues to design products that are suitable for humans, animals, and the environment. This reflects the medical principle: "First, do no harm."
After six years of dialogue with the medical community, including markets, associations, physicians, and patients, and based on a pharmacist’s perspective, I have observed that many skin inflammation symptoms and skin disorders are external manifestations of internal organ dysfunction or metabolic abnormalities. The first priority should be to encourage patients to seek medical advice from dermatologists.
Therefore, last year, leveraging a background in medicine and science, we developed a comprehensive "triangular care" system tailored for individuals with fragile skin (eczema, dermatitis, cancer patients, and those suffering from the side effects of immunosuppressive drugs). This system integrates the expertise of dermatologists, community pharmacists, and product providers to care for individuals with high needs. It emphasizes timely medical consultation, identifies the underlying causes, and provides complete medical and daily care recommendations.

Developing products with the expertise of pharmacists and the perspective of patients in mind.
At the age of 25, pharmacist Rossi experienced a severe outbreak of seborrheic dermatitis, causing scalp inflammation and bleeding that persisted for six months without recovery. After trying all available medical treatments to no avail, Rossi began analyzing and tracing back the cleaning products used daily.
It was discovered that the shampoo typically used contained complex ingredients. Switching to a simple soap-based shampoo unexpectedly alleviated the inflammation, revealing that Rossi’s skin could no longer tolerate harsh or overly complex formulations in shampoos and skincare products.
In clinical practice, Rossi encountered at least five patients daily suffering from similar chronic dermatitis issues. This inspired Rossi to take matters into their own hands and personally develop a Hair & Bosy Wash Powder.
【 When the Hair & Body Wash Powder received approval 】
When the Hair & Body Wash Powder received approval from doctors and was sold in medical centers, Rossi further realized the immense burden that skin disorders placed on patients' daily lives, significantly impacting their quality of life.
Under the guidance of doctors, he learned that cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and targeted therapies face the risk of drug leakage into tissues due to movement, exercise, stress, or temperature changes, which can cause localized inflammation and painful lesions on the hands and feet. Even routine activities like bathing could severely irritate their sensitive skin.
In response, Decent Rossi narrowed its focus in 2020 to develop products specifically designed to protect the fragile skin of cancer patients post-treatment. The goal was to reduce the burden on patients' skin and organs by creating daily essentials that minimize unnecessary irritation for those suffering from skin conditions.

【 How to use / Steps 】
Lather the bubbles on hair with water：
- Step 01 , Pour proper amount: Before use, gently tap or shake the bottle to loosen the powder and then pour it into the measuring cup.
- Step 02 , Rinse the hair by warm water: Rinse the hair and scalp with warm water.
- Step 03 , Pour the powder out: Pour the powder directly onto the palm of your hand or onto your hair without first rubbing it to produce foam.
- Step 04 , Lather bubbles on hair: The hair is like a natural foam net, and the powder can be spread over the hair and rubbed to create foam.
- Step 05 , Rinse by water again: If the hair is oily, sweaty, or has styling products applied, the shampoo powder may not form on first wash. Please shampoo twice.
- Step 06 , Apply the conditioner: After rinsing with warm water, if the hair is dry due to coloring or perming, you may use conditioner or hair serum but do not apply them to your scalp.
